Modular Homes Conquer the Serbian Market. Record Sales – More than 20 Homes Sold in Two Days

The great interest from buyers in modular homes proves that this type of construction is slowly and steadily conquering the Serbian real estate market. During just two promotional days, when we offered discounts on homes and kitchens to interested buyers, 23 modular homes were sold, setting a sales record in such a short period.

Over the weekend, a large number of business partners and collaborators, such as the directors of NLB, OTP, and AIK banks, visited our company and expressed their support for the innovations and the first Serbian brand that stands out in this region for its construction quality and modern projects offered to customers.

More than 160 people registered to secure their spot and take advantage of this unique opportunity to buy a house, summer house, or café at a promotional price. Several families, married couples, and individual entrepreneurs decided to make a purchase, citing “the quality of construction and materials, energy efficiency, speed of building the house, and most importantly, the ease of communication and the essential trust” as their reasons.
