Arhimod modular houses are a new type of construction in Serbia. Unlike static prefab houses seated directly on the field, we can disassemble our modular construction anytime. An object 80 percent finished in production is placed on the assembly site. That is why there is no possibility that the modular construction won't be completed.
Modular construction guarantees buyers that we will finish the house in compliance with deadlines and invested funds, which is not the case in other types of construction.

We are building our modular objects with the highest quality materials. They are modern, long-lasting, energy-efficient, and most importantly, highly safe. Earthquakes, landslides, and other natural disasters cannot collapse a modular construction or cause significant material damage. If the building is flooded, it can be returned to its original state in a brief period, after which the buyer gets a new building. The repair itself does not require high additional costs.
